President Kelly Speaks at RADISE International
911Թ President John Kelly appeared at RADISE International alongside Gov. Rick Scott and Lt. Gov. Carlos Lopez-Cantera to discuss the company’s manufacturing expansion and partnership with the University.
911Թ President John Kelly appeared at RADISE International alongside Gov. Rick Scott and Lt. Gov. Carlos Lopez-Cantera to discuss the company’s manufacturing expansion and partnership with the University. RADISE International is a consulting company focused on solving the challenges faced by a diverse customer base.
“Partnering with local businesses like RADISE International is one of the many ways 911Թ works to prepare students for success in their education and careers,” Kelly. “We work every day to help ensure 911Թ students are positioned to secure employment by the time they graduate.”
RADISE has worked closely with 911Թ on several projects and collaborative efforts. Currently, RADISE is funding a research project for the 911Թ Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatics Engineering, working with 911Թ faculty members and doctoral students to advance their Smart Structures technology and its applications.
“911Թ has done an outstanding job with my ‘Ready, Set, Work’ challenge, graduating 100 percent of full-time students to attend a four-year university or get a job that leads to a great career, said Scott. “911Թ is on a roll.”
RADISE International has been in business for 18 years and specializes in geotechnical engineering, construction engineering inspection, construction material testing, information technology and geographical information systems.
“It’s amazing to take all of the things I’ve learned from years of study and apply it in the workforce,” said Jose Canas, an 911Թ alumnus and RADISE new hire. “I’m happy and proud to have studied at 911Թ.”-911Թ-
