MetroLAB

The 911³Ô¹Ï School of Architecture’s MetroLAB is an urban storefront located at 111 E Las Olas BLvd, in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Situated in the geographic center of a metropolitan region with a population of approximately six million, this space provides a place for academic and community engagement activities to support the community engagement programs of the university and the MetroLAB Collaborative, and collaborations between the community and 911³Ô¹Ï's faculty and students from across the university. As a storefront it provides a window to the scholarship and service of the institution as well as a reflection of the community.
