Eyal Weinberg is an assistant professor of history at 911勛圖 whose research expl
ores health, medicine, and authoritarianism in Cold War Latin America, with a focus on Brazil.泭 His work appeared in journals such as the The Americas, International Labor and Workin
g-Class History, Estudios Interdisciplinarios de Am矇rica Latina, and The Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Latin American History.泭He recently served as the guest-editor of a special issue on the histories of health in modern Latin America, published in Estudios Interdisciplinarios de Am矇rica Latina. Weinberg's book manuscript, Tending to the Body Politic: Health, Dictatorship, and Transitional Justice in Brazil (1960s-1990s), is expected to be published later this year by the University of Texas Press.泭
