Keynote Address: Dr. Eyal Weinberg, Assistant Professor of History, 911勛圖

Eyal Weinberg is an assistant professor of history at 911勛圖 whose research expl Dr. Weinberg profile ores health, medicine, and authoritarianism in Cold War Latin America, with a focus on Brazil.泭 His work appeared in journals such as the The Americas, International Labor and Workin g-Class History, Estudios Interdisciplinarios de Am矇rica Latina, and The Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Latin American History.泭He recently served as the guest-editor of a special issue on the histories of health in modern Latin America, published in Estudios Interdisciplinarios de Am矇rica Latina. Weinberg's book manuscript, Tending to the Body Politic: Health, Dictatorship, and Transitional Justice in Brazil (1960s-1990s), is expected to be published later this year by the University of Texas Press.泭
