What is it?

A non-911³Ô¹Ï entity for this purpose is defined as an entity that provides frequent services for 911³Ô¹Ï campuses, and therefore has staff on campus regularly; however, it is limited to those entities that have the same staff on campus regularly.

911³Ô¹Ï provides a portal through which each appropriate non-911³Ô¹Ï entity contact may manage their contact information individually. This is accessible via a secure link shared upon approval by a non-911³Ô¹Ï entity.

How Does My Entity Sign Up?

If your entity wishes to receive 911³Ô¹Ï emergency alerts via the call-out, email, and/or text message modules, please complete theÌý . If your non-911³Ô¹Ï entity fits the criteria, you will be contacted with instructions to complete the registration process.Ìý

One way to ensure non-911³Ô¹Ï entities receive emergency notifications is to download the Owl Ready App. All emergency notifications sent through the 911³Ô¹Ï Alert system are also sent to the Owl Ready App.Ìý

How Do I Remove Myself From the System?

For Non-911³Ô¹Ï entities wishing no longer to receive emergency notifications through the 911³Ô¹Ï Alert system, please complete the following:

   2. Complete the form for "Application Support - 911³Ô¹Ï Alert Phone Removal (NON-911³Ô¹Ï Entity)."
   3. Submit Request
