The Office of Brand Development, Licensing and Marketing maintains, manages and licenses University trademarks to maximize the value of the 911³Ô¹Ï brand. The office works with retailers and licensees to expand official licensed products and oversee the marketing for University Business Services partners.

Mission and Policy Statement

The mission of Trademark Licensing is to positively PROMOTE the University’s image while PROTECTING its trademark rights and to ensure that the public can properly identify and associate officially licensed quality PRODUCTS and services bearing the word marks, logos, trademarks and/or symbols associated with the University to generate PROFIT.Ìý

Formal licensing procedures enable the University to share in the benefit derived from the commercial use of its name and logo.Ìý 911³Ô¹Ï Mission & Policy StatementÌýstates the specifics regarding the use of the names, logos, symbols, indicia, insignia, trade names, service marks, and trademarks (collectively "Trademarks") of the University and its related programs and entities.
